20 oz. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Starter
4 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Shrimp Base
3 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate
1 oz. Dry Sherry Wine
1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Recommended Products: 9890 Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate, 9529 Gold Label Shrimp Base, 1285 Whisk & Serve® Cream Soup & Sauce Starter

Alternate Product Options: 9510 Gold Label Lobster Base, 0508 Master's Touch® Lobster Base, 0509 Master's Touch® Shrimp Base

Directions

  1. In a 2 gallon soup pot over medium high heat, blend water and Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup and Sauce Starter. Stir and bring to a boil. Cook 1-2 minutes until fully thickened.
  2. Add Gold Label Shrimp Base and Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Add Sherry Wine and Cayenne Pepper.

Optional Ingredients: Garnish with cooked, chopped shrimp and 2-3 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro if desired.

Chef's Tips

Can substitute Gold Label Lobster Base for Gold Label Shrimp Base for a Lobster Bisque.
