10 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base
1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic, granulated
3 Bay Leaves

Directions

  1. In an 8 gallon sauce pot or 10 gallon steam jacketed kettle melt butter over medium heat. Add onions. Saute over medium heat until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  2. Add water, Custom Culinary® Gold Label Beef Base and Chicken Base, garlic and bay leaves. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and gently boil 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves.
