Water add only. A unique French White Wine Butter Sauce that expertly balances the flavors of butter and cream; infused with a reduction of white wine, lemon and shallots. Simply add water to create your own highly stable and delicious signature cream sauce. 0g trans fat per serving.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Heat 1 gallon of water to a minimum of 190°F. Turn off heat and immediately add one canister (38 oz.) of sauce mix to hot water. Whisk vigorously until sauce is thick and smooth. Let stand, stir just before service. Serve at 160°F-180°F. For a smaller batch, follow the directions above using 1 quart (32 fl. oz.) of hot water (190°) and 1 cup (5 oz. by weight) sauce mix.
