For best results use Master’s Touch® Hollandaise Sauce Concentrate at room temperature. Mix 12 oz (340 g) Sauce Concentrate with 1 quart water as follows: * Bring 1 quart of water to a rapid boil; reduce heat. * Immediately add 12 oz of Sauce Concentrate and mix with a wire whip until sauce is smooth and thickened, remove from heat.
