To make a brine, mix 5 oz. of Kimchi Prep with 16 oz. of water, and 2 lbs. of vegetables or protein of your choice.
Chili Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Soybean Oil, Toasted Sesame Oil, Dehydrated Garlic, Malic Acid, Spice, Canola Oil, Spice Extractives (With Paprika [Color]).
Keep Refrigerated for Best Quality. Store unopened jars at less than 80° F. Store no longer than 18 months.
