  Ahi tune Poke
  Watermelon radishes
  Seaweed salad
  Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate
  Pickled ginger
  Toasted sesame seeds
  Artisan wheat bread, toasted
PREPARATION

  1. Dice Ahi Tuna into ¼ ” pieces. Combine with Custom Culinary® Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce and marinate in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
  2. Prepare Sriracha lime mayonnaise by combining mayonnaise with Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Sriracha Lime Concentrate. Set aside.
  3. Drizzle artisan wheat bread with oil and toast over medium heat.
  4. Spread a layer of marinated poke over the toast.
  5. Overlap watermelon radishes poke
  6. Finish toast with seaweed salad, sriracha lime mayo, pickled ginger, and toasted sesame seeds.
