Asian Flatbread Pizza

A twist on the classic pizza that combines new flavors with a favorite dish loved by all. Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce, Asian Flatbread Pizza is topped with broccoli, red and yellow bell pepper, chicken, snow peas, carrots, and edamame.


What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1 each 14-16" Prepared Flatbread or Pizza Crust
1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce
1/2 cup Broccoli Flowers, Blanched
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
1/2 cup Chicken Breast, Cooked, Pulled
1/4 Cup Snow Peas, Fine Sliced
1/8 cup Carrots, Shredded, Blanched
1/8 cup Edamame, Blanched

Preparation

  1. Coat pizza dough evenly with Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce.
  2. Evenly add remaining toppings.
  3. Bake in 400°F oven 10-12 minutes until cooked to preference.

Chef Tips

For added zip, garnish with fresh grated ginger and green onion.
