Coconut Aioli with Charred Chicken Wings

  Coconut Aioli
4 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label True Foundations Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice (#1)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
24 pcs. Chicken Wings, Raw
  Chicken Wing Marinade
1/2 cup Coconut Milk, Unsweetened
1/2 cup Ranch
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice (#2)
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate
PREPARATION

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, blend Gold Label True Foundations Chicken Liquid Stock Concentrate, lime juice #1, and olive oil.
  2. Add chicken wings and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor infusion.
  4. To prepare the Coconut Aioli, in a small mixing bowl, blend coconut milk, ranch dressing, lime juice #2, cilantro, and Master's Touch(r) Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate. Blend thoroughly with a wire whisk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. To prepare marinated wings, in a 400°F oven, bake marinated wings 18-20 minutes until fully cooked and have reached an intern temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve the Coconut Aoili as a signature dip with the wings.
