1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 - 2 tsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Vegetable Base
1 - 2 tsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate
3 cups Mangos, Ripe Peeled, Pitted, Small Diced
3 cups Pineapple, Peeled, Cored, Sliced & Small Diced
1/2 cup Red Onions, Fine Diced
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, Small Diced
2 Tbsp. Jalapeno Pepper, Fresh, Seeded, Diced Fine
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped
PREPARATION

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine rice wine vinegar, vegetable oil, Gold Label Savory Roasted® Vegetable Base and Master’s Touch® Southwest Flavor Concentrate. Using a wire whisk, blend thoroughly.
  2. Add mango, pineapple, red onions, red peppers, jalapeno and cilantro. Gently fold until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
