Amount Ingredients
3 cups Water
2 tsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base, No MSG Added
1-1/3 cups Corn Meal
1 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce
PREPARATION

  1. In a 2 qt. sauce pot, combine water and Gold Label Chicken Base, mixing well. Heat to boiling.
  2. Gradually add corn meal to boiling liquid, stirring constantly with a wire whip. Cook approximately 5-7 minutes until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  3. Add Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce, mixing well. Serve hot or spread mixture onto a pan lined with parchment paper. Chill for approximately 2 hours. Cut polenta into desired portion and shape. Reheat in an oven, broiler or pan sauté.
