1-1/2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce
3 each Sea Scallops, Fresh
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, Fresh
PREPARATION

  1. Place 3 scoops (1 Tbsp. each) of Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce on plate.
  2. Season scallops with sea salt.
  3. In a medium sauté pan over medium high heat, warm olive oil.
  4. Sauté scallops, searing each side until golden. Season with lemon juice and place one scallop on each scoop of Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce.
