Amount Ingredients
2 lb. Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce
2 cups sweet coconut milk
3 each beef kabobs, cooked
3 each chicken satays, cooked, glazed with Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce
3 each coconut crusted shrimp, cooked
4 each panko coated shrimp
4 Tbsp. Sweet Coconut Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce (see recipe below)
PREPARATION

  1. To make Sweet Coconut Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce: Blend Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce and sweet coconut milk. Cover and refrigerate until needed for up to 5 days.
  2. For Platter: Prepare appetizers and serve with Sweet Coconut Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce.
  3. Any combination of Asian hors d'oeuvres can be substituted.
