6 oz. Sweet Potato Fries, Deep Fried, Hot
1-1/2 oz. Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Brown Gravy, Prepared, Hot
1 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Wild Mushroom Tapenade
2 oz. Mushrooms, Sliced Thick, Sauteed, Hot
1 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce
1 Tbsp. Green Onions, Sliced Thin
PREPARATION

  1. In a small sauce pan, mix the PanRoast® Brown Gravy with the Gold Label Wild Mushroom Tapenade.
  2. Place the hot sweet potato fries into a serving bowl or lined basket.
  3. Drizzle the hot Wild Mushroom Infused Brown Gravy over the fries.
  4. Add hot sautéed mushrooms.
  5. Drizzle the warm Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce.
  6. Top with the green onions and serve immediately.
