1 cupChipotle Chocolate Sauce, SUBRECIPE
2 Tbsp.Crème Anglaise, Drizzle
1/4 cupRaspberry Sauce, Drizzle
1 eaSugar Nest
2 Tbsp.Candied bacon chopped
1 tsp.Non-Pareilles

Preparation

  1. Dip the base of each donut hole in chipotle chocolate sauce and place on a plate in the following fashion. One in the middle of the plate and then 6 surrounding the middle one in a circle. Place 3 on top of the base and one on the top of the 2nd layer to form a pyramid.
  2. Drizzle the Crème Anglaise around the perimeter of the donut hole pyramid.
  3. Spoon the raspberry sauce over the top of the pyramid.
  4. Place the spun sugar nest around the bottom of the donut hole pyramid.
  5. Sprinkle candied bacon and non-pareilles on top and serve.
