3 oz. Vanilla Pound Cake, 1/2" Slice
1 oz. Strawberries, Trimmed, Quartered
1 oz. Kiwi, Peeled, Sliced
1 oz. Raspberries
1 oz. Blackberries
1 oz. Blueberries
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Crème Anglaise Sauce
1 each Fresh Mint Sprig
PREPARATION

  1. Cut pound cake slice into two strips. Place into bowl.
  2. Wash berries and place in bowl with kiwi.
  3. Lace Gold Label Crème Anglaise Sauce around and over berries.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig.
