1/2 cup Prepared Smoky BBQ Sauce
1-1/2 cups Custom Culinary® Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce
  Pork:
8 oz. Bone-In Pork Chop, Char-Grill Marked
4 Tbsp. Wasabi Ginger Ponzu BBQ Sauce
PREPARATION

  1. To make Wasabi Ginger Ponzu BBQ Sauce: Blend Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce and BBQ Sauce
  2. Coat grill marked pork chop with Wasabi Ginger Ponzu BBQ Sauce.
  3. Bake in 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes.
