Chicken Alfredo Florentine

Amount Ingredients
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1-1/2 lb. Red Bell Pepper, Julienne Cut
1-1/4 lb. Green Onions, Cut on a Bias
5 lbs. Chicken Meat, Julienne Cut
1-1/4 lb. Spinach, Julienne Cut
2 qt. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce

  1. In a large braising pan or tilt skillet, over medium high heat, add red peppers. Sauté 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add onions. Sauté 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add chicken. Sauté over medium heat approximately 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently until chicken is tender.
  3. Add spinach. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Heat Gold Label Alfredo Sauce. Add cooked chicken, mixing well. Heat to boiling over medium high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and gently boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
