Chicken Marsala

1/2 tsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base, No MSG Added
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, Fresh Ground
2 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour
6 oz. Chicken Breast, Skinless, Boneless
2-1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 oz. Assorted Mushrooms of Choice, Sliced
1/4 tsp. Garlic, Minced
3 oz. Ribbon Pasta, Fresh, Cooked
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Marsala Sauce, Hot
1 each Fresh Thyme Sprig
PREPARATION

  1. Season chicken breast with Gold Label Chicken Base and black pepper.
  2. Lightly dust with flour.
  3. In a medium sauté pan over medium high heat, sauté chicken breast in 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2-3 minutes on each side until completely cooked.
  4. In a small sauté pan over medium high heat, cook mushrooms in 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil with garlic for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place pasta and mushrooms on plate. Bias cut cooked chicken breast twice; fan on plate.
  6. Lace hot Gold Label Marsala Sauce over chicken. Garnish with thyme sprig.
