Chili Garlic Glazed Pork Ribs with Cucumber Kimchi

What You'll Need

3 ea. Pork ribs, seasoned and cooked (6 oz.)
2 ea. Gold Label® Chili Garlic Sauce (6 oz.)
2 oz. Cucumber Kimchi
PREPARATION

  1. Heat pork ribs in the oven or on grill, once fully heated glaze generously with 4 oz. Chili Garlic sauce.
  2. Plate, garnish with sesame seeds and a blistered shishito.
  3. Serve with side dish of kimchi of your choice, and the remaining 2 oz. of Chili Garlic Sauce.
