Japanese Shrimp Noodle Bowl

What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
4 each Shrimp, 21/25, Peeled and Deveined, Raw, Tails Removed
1/8 cup Broccoli Flowers
1/8 cup Snow Peas, Bias Cut
1/8 cup Rep Peppers, Sliced
1/8 cup Carrots, Thin Bias Cut
1/8 cup Water Chestnuts, Sliced
3 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce
3 oz. Noodles, Cooked, Hot (Udon, Soba Or Any Asian Style Noodles or Rice)

  1. In a medium wok or sauté pan over high heat, stir-fry shrimp in oil until cooked. Remove and hold hot.
  2. Add vegetables and water chestnuts. Stir-fry 1 minute until cooked. Add back cooked shrimp.
  3. Add Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce. Coat evenly.
  4. Pour mixture over cooked udon or soba noodles.
