Kimchi Loaded Fries

Hand-cut French fries topped with a spicy kimchi and peanut slaw featuring Custom Culinary® Kimchi Prep, garnished with scallions and a drizzle of bibimbap mayo made with  Custom Culinary® Bibimbap Sauce.


What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
3 quarts French Fries, hand cut, cooked
2 cup Spicy Kimchi and Peanut Slaw (see sub recipe)
½ cup Scallion, sliced
   
  Kimchi (sub recipe)
2 quarts Napa Cabbage, chopped
¼ cup Custom Culinary® Kimchi Prep
   
  Spicy Kimchi and Peanut Slaw (sub recipe)
½ cup Carrots, shredded
¼ cup Peanuts, roasted
2 Tbsp Red Bell Pepper, julienned
1 Tbsp White Sesame Seeds, toasted
   
  Bibimbap Mayo (sub recipe)
1 cup Custom Culinary® Bibimbap Sauce
¼ cup Mayonnaise (traditional or plant-based)
PREPARATION

Kimchi (sub recipe)
Massage kimchi base into chopped Napa Cabbage.
Let mixture sit for 24 hours in a sealed container before use.

Spicy Kimchi and Peanut Slaw (sub recipe)
Gently fold all ingredients together until evenly combined.

Bibimbap Mayo (sub recipe)
Whisk both ingredients together until evenly combined.

Build  in the following order:
  1. French Fries (3 quarts)
  2. Spicy Kimchi and Peanut Slaw (2 cups)
  3. Scallions (.5 cup)
  4. Bibimbap Mayo (serve 2 Tablespoons on the side for dipping)
