Linguine with White Clam Sauce

Familiar ingredients brought together in an innovative format for a twist on a classic dish. Featuring Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® White Sauce Mix, Linguine with White Clam Sauce brings together the divine flavors of garlic, clams, parsley, white pepper, and linguine.


What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
2 oz. Olive Oil
1 cup Garlic, Minced
3 cups White Wine
1 gallon Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® White Sauce Mix, Prepared
2 (51 oz.) cans Clams, Canned With Juice
3 Tbsp. Parsley, Fresh, Chopped
to taste White Pepper, Ground
12 lbs. Linguine, Cooked

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a large pan. Lightly sauté garlic.
  2. Deglaze pan with white wine. Bring to a simmer stirring constantly for three minutes.
  3. Add prepared Whisk & Serve® White Sauce and return to a simmer. Stir in clams and juice. NOTE: Do not boil sauce once clams have been added.
  4. Heat pasta in boiling water. Drain. Heat sauce to 185°F and serve over pasta.
