Amount Ingredients
1/2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Pork Base, No MSG Added
6 each Pork Tenderloin, 1 1/2 oz. Medallions
2 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Marsala Sauce, Hot
PREPARATION

  1. Season pork medallions evenly with Gold Label Pork Base.
  2. Lightly dust each seasoned medallion with flour.
  3. In a medium sauté pan over medium high heat, warm oil and sauté pork medallions 1-2 minutes on each side until golden colored.
  4. Plate cooked pork medallions and lace with hot Gold Label Marsala sauce.
