Thai Pizza

A twist on the classic pizza that combines new flavors with a favorite dish loved by all. Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce, Thai Pizza consists of garlic, shiitake mushrooms, red bell pepper, carrots, cilantro, green onion, chicken, and mozzarella topped on pizza dough.


What You'll Need

Yield: 8 servings

Amount Ingredients
12 inch Pizza Dough, Traditional
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, Fresh, Fine Diced
6 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce
4 oz. Shitake Mushrooms, Fresh, Sliced, Cooked
1 each Red Bell Pepper, Small Diced
3 oz. Carrot, Fresh, Shredded
3 Tbsp. Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped
8 each Green Onion, Sliced
2 cups Chicken Breast, Cooked, Pulled
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
PREPARATION

  1. Shape dough on pizza pan.
  2. In a stovetop pan, add diced garlic to olive oil and heat slowly. Let rest and then brush on pizza dough.
  3. Add Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce to dough.
  4. Top the pizza with shitake mushrooms, red pepper, carrots, cilantro, green onion, and chicken.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place in preheated 425ºF oven and bake 15-20 minutes or until done.
