Thai Roasted Peanut Lo Mein

Exotic ingredients brought together to add intense flavors in a familiar application. Featuring Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce, Thai Roasted Peanut Lo Mein consists of beef, carrots, red peppers, lo mein noodles, fried rice noodles, and Thai basil.

Amount Ingredients
  Lo Mein:
2 Tbsp. Vegetable or Peanut Oil
3 oz. Beef Strips, Stir-Fry Style Cut
1/8 cup Carrots, Thin Strip Cut
1/8 cup Red Peppers, Thin Strip Cut
1/8 cup Onions, Thin Strip Cut
1/8 cup Water
4 oz. Lo Mein Noodles, Cooked, Hot
1/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce
  Garnish:
2 Tbsp. Rice Noodles, Fried Crisp
1 Tbsp. Thai Basil, Fine Chopped
2 Tbsp. Dry Roasted Peanuts, Rough Chopped
PREPARATION

  1. To make Lo Mein: Sauté beef strips in oil for 20-30 seconds over high heat.
  2. Add carrots, peppers, onions and cook for 20 seconds.
  3. Add water, Lo Mein noodles and completely coat with Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce.
  4. For Garnish: Serve noodle mixture with rice noodles, Thai basil and dry roasted peanuts on top.
