Thai Roasted Peanut Scallops

Exotic ingredients brought together to add intense flavors in a familiar application. Featuring Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce, Thai Roasted Peanut Scallops combines sriracha, Thai roasted peanut sauce with sweet and succulent sea scallops.

Amount Ingredients
  Siracha Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce:
2 lbs. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce
1/2 cup Siracha Sauce
  Scallops:
3 each Large Sea Scallops, 2 oz., Raw
4 Tbsp. Siracha Flavored Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce (See Recipe Instructions Below)
PREPARATION

  1. To make Siracha Flavored Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce: Blend Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce and siracha sauce. Cover and refrigerate until needed for up to 5 days.
  2. Mark each scallop on a char-grill.
  3. Remove to pan and coat with Siracha Thai Roasted Peanut Sauce. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
