Grilled Five Spice Turkey Lemongrass Skewers

1 gal Water
1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate
1 ea. Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Turkey Gravy
4-1/2 lbs Ground Turkey, Fresh
2-1/2 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger, Peeled, Minced
1/2 cup Green Onion, Fine Chopped
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Five Spice Powder Seasoning
24 ea. Lemon Grass Stalk, Cut 8-10" Lenth
48 oz. Jasmine Rice, Prepared, Hot
PREPARATION

  1. In a 6 quart sauce pan over medium high heat, blend water and Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate. Whisk to blend thoroughly.
  2. Add Turkey Gravy Mix, blend thoroughly with a wire whisk. Heat 2-3 minutes. Stir frequently. Reduce heat to simmer and hold hot.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, blend turkey meat, ginger, green onion, soy sauce and five spice powder.
  4. Form 3 oz. of mixture evenly around the lower part of the each lemongrass stalk.
  5. Grill to sear char mark each stalk, remove and finish in 350°F oven to desired temperature.
