Sriracha Lime Shredded Pork Tacos

Featuring Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy and Custom Culinary® Gold Label Jalapeno Relish, Sriracha Lime Shredded Pork Tacos consist of pulled pork, grapefruit jicama broccoli slaw, and avocado lime creama in flour or corn tortillas.

1-1/2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Pork Flavored Gravy, Prepared, Hot
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate
48 oz. Pulled Pork, Cooked, Hot
24 ea. 5-6" Corn or Flour Tortillas, Warm
  Grapefruit Jicama Broccoli Slaw
1 lb. Prepared Broccoli Slaw Mix, Matchstick-Style Cut
2 cups Jicama, Fresh Peeled, Matchstick-Style Cut
2 cups Red Grapefruit, Segments, Medium Diced
1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Jalapeno Relish
  Avocado Lime Crema
3 cups Mexican Style Crema
1 cup Avocado Pulp, Fresh or Frozen
4 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
PREPARATION

  1. To prepare Grapefruit Jicama and Broccoli Slaw and Avocado Lime Crema, combine all ingredients for both recipes in separate medium bowls and refrigerate until needed.
  2. In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, blend prepared PanRoast® Pork Gravy with Master's Touch® Sriracha Lime Flavor Concentrate and hot pulled pork, reduce heat and simmer 5-8 minutes to fully infuse the flavors. Remove from heat and hold warm.
  3. Place 2 ea. 6" tortillas on a plate. Top each with 2 oz. hot sriracha lime pulled pork in sauce.
  4. Top each with 2 oz. Grapefruit Jicama Slaw.
  5. Drizzle each with 1 oz. of Avocado Lime Crema.
