Rustic Chicken Focaccia Pizza

A twist on the classic pizza that combines new flavors with a favorite dish loved by all. Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce, Rustic Chicken Focaccia Pizza consists of basil, red bell peppers, mozzarella, chicken, and Kalamata olives on herb focaccia bread.


What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1 each 10-12" Herb Focaccia Bread, Prepared
1/8 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, Pits Removed
1/4 cup Chicken, Grilled or Roasted, Medium Diced
1/4 cup Mozzarella, Fresh, Sliced
1/8 cup Red Bell Peppers, Sliced
2 Tbsp. Basil, Fresh, Fine Sliced

Preparation

  1. On the prepared focaccia, evenly spread the Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto.
  2. Place remaining toppings.
  3. Bake in 400°F oven 5-8 minutes until cooked to desired amount.
  4. Remove and garnish with the fresh basil.
