1 lb. Pre-made Broccoli Slaw
2 cups English Cucumber, Peeled, Cut in Half Lengthwise, Sliced Thin
1/8 cup Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped Fine
1-1/2 cups Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce
PREPARATION

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add pre-made broccoli slaw, cucumbers and cilantro.
  2. Pour Gold Label Thai-Stlye Roasted Peanut Sauce over broccoli slaw and toss to evenly coat.
  3. Chill for one hour before serving.
