Thai Peanut Slaw

Eating healthy never tasted so good, with this fresh take on coleslaw. Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce, Thai Peanut Slaw consists Napa cabbage, cucumber, green onions, carrot, and rice wine vinegar.

Amount Ingredients
2 lbs. Chinese/Napa Cabbage, Thin Sliced
2-1/2 cups English Cucumber, Peeled, Cut in Half Lengthwise, Sliced Thin
1/2 cup Green Onions, Sliced Fine
1 cup Carrots, Shredded or Julienne Cut
2 cups Custom Culinary® Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce
1/3 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
PREPARATION

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, cucumber, green onions, and carrots.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine Gold Label Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce and vinegar.
  3. Pour dressing over slaw and toss to evenly coat.
  4. Chill for one hour before serving.
