Amount Ingredients
1/4 cup Lime Juice, fresh preferred
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Beef Base
1 Tbsp. Cumin, ground - toasted in a sauté pan for deeper flavor
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Red Pepper, Crushed
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.  Whisk together well.
  2. Marinate beef for one hour in refrigerator. Use for beef fajitas or fajita steak salad.
