Italian Three Cheese Sauce

A robust sauce to add classic flavors to any dish. Featuring Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Cream Soup & Sauce Starter, Italian Three Cheese Sauce combines the flavors of parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, asiago cheese, garlic, white pepper, and heavy whipping cream.

Yield: 1 1/4 gallons

Amount Ingredients
3 qts. Water, Hot
1 qt. Whole Milk
20 oz. Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Cream Soup & Sauce Starter
8 oz. Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Grated
8 oz. Romano Cheese, Grated
8 oz. Asiago Cheese, Grated
1 tsp. Garlic, Minced
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 tsp. White Pepper, Ground

  1. In a kettle or sauce pot over medium high heat, add water and milk and heat to 190°F. Reduce heat. Slowly add Whisk & Serve® Cream Soup and Sauce starter. Gently boil approximately 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add cheeses, garlic, cream, and pepper. Mix well until cheeses are melted and well incorporated.
  3. Serve immediately, hold above 140 °F, or chill below 40 °F.
