What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
2 lbs. Assorted Sliced Vegetables (Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Asparagus, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, etc.)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 cups Custom Culinary® Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce
1 tsp. Ginger, Freshly Grated
PREPARATION

  1. Slice vegetables into 1/2" dice. Coat vegetables in oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill vegetables.
  2. In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, Gold Label Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce and ginger. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat vegetables with dressing.
