Thai-Style Peanut Noodle Salad

Asian noodles accented with Custom Culinary Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce, prepared with chopped roasted peanuts, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers; garnished with julienne red bell peppers, cucumbers, cilantro, sesame seeds, and spicy chili flakes.

What You'll Need

QUANTITY INGREDIENTS
2 lb Spaghetti, thick
2 lb Custom Culinary® Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce
2 ea Red bell peppers, julienne
1 ea Large carrot, julienne
1 ea English cucumber, julienne
1 bunch Green onion, bias-cut
1 bunch Cilantro
2 cups Roasted peanuts, chopped
8 oz Sesame seaweed seasoning
To taste Red pepper flakes
PREPARATION

  1. Cook pasta al dente in and ample amount of boiling salted water.
  2. (Important) Thoroughly drain the pasta.
  3. While pasta is still slightly warm, combine with the Thai-Style Roasted Peanut Sauce and mix thoroughly.
  4. Portion the salad into 20 1-cup portions.
  5. Garnish each portion with red bell pepper, carrots, cucumber, green onion, cilantro, chopped peanuts sesame seaweed salad and red pepper flakes.
  6. Serve Chilled.
