What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1/3 cup Butter, Salted
3 Tbsps Garlic, Fresh, Crushed, Chopped
3 cups Onions, Yellow, Fresh, Small Diced
1-1/2 qts Mushrooms, White, Fresh, Medium Diced
1-1/2 gal Water, Hot
2 cups Half & Half
5 oz.  Custom Culinary® Gold Label Mushroom Base
1 pouch Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Starter
1/4 cup Parsley, Fresh Chopped
PREPARATION

  1. In a stockpot over medium high, heat butter. Add garlic, onions, mushrooms; sweat 4-6 minutes.
  2. Add hot water, half and half and Custom Culinary® Gold Label Mushroom Base. Bring to 190°F. Reduce heat. Add Custom Culinary® Whisk & Serve® Instant Cream Soup & Sauce Starter, stirring briskly with a wire whisk until smooth. Gently boil approximately 4-6 minutes.
  3. Garnish each portion with 1/2 tsp parsley and simmer soup 1-2 minutes.
