What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1/4 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
3 lbs. Ground Turkey
2 cups Onions, Medium Diced
1 each Jalapeno Pepper, Fresh, Seeded, Chopped
2 qt. Water
¼ cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Chicken Base
1 tsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate
3 lbs. Cannellini Beans, Canned, Drained
3 cups Green Chilies, Canned, Drained, Chopped
PREPARATION

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot. Add turkey and cook 3-5 minutes until browned, stirring frequently. Do not drain.
  2. Add onions and jalapenos and sauté until tender, using a bit more oil. Remove from heat and reserve.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Hold above 140°F until ready to serve, or chill below 40°F.
