Preparation
Shake well before use. Combine Stock Concentrate with hot (190°F) or boiling water to make an authentic tasting stock or broth for soups, sauces, and gravy preparation. Combine 2 pounds concentrate with 8 gallons of water. For a smaller quantity, combine 1-1/4 tsp concentrate with 8 oz of hot water or 1/4 cup concentrate with 2.5 quarts of hot water, or 1 cup concentrate with 2.5 gallons of hot water.

Upon receipt this product should be stored in a tightclosed container between 40°F – 80°F for up to 18 months. Refrigeration is recommended to assure maximum quality.
