Preparation
To prepare soup or broth, dissolve 1 lb. of Base in 4 gallons of boiling water and boil for one minute. For a smaller quantity, dissolve 1-1/4 teaspoons of Base in 8 fluid ounces of boiling water and boil for one minute, or 4 ounces of Base in 1 gallon of boiling water and boil for one minute.
