Sign-On Bonus Program

 

Purpose

Custom Culinary®, in an effort to secure and retain the best talent for our business, has implemented a Sign-On Bonus Program for hourly positions, under the terms of this policy.
 

Eligibility

Newly hired employees will receive incremental payments of the sign-on bonus when they

a) complete the time durations stated below (see “Procedure”),
b) incur no disciplinary warning(s) during the period, and
c) per their supervisor, have satisfactory performance for the period.

Temporary employees are not eligible to participate.
 

Procedure

Each eligible employee who signed a letter of employment offering a sign-on/retention bonus and meets the above standards (see “Eligibility”), will be paid incremental bonus awards accordingly:

Tax Considerations

Sign-on bonuses are taxable income to the employee and must be added to the employee’s compensation in the year in which they are awarded. Payments will be made via direct deposit on the next regularly scheduled payroll cycle following successful completion of the above-mentioned time periods.
