Combine contents of bag (24 oz.) with 1 gallon of hot tap water (140°F), while whisking thoroughly with a wire whip. Bring to a boil stirring frequently, reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. . Hold and serve at 140°F to 160°F. For a smaller batch use 1/2 the bag (12 oz.) of sauce mix and 2 quarts water.
