Yield: ~ 1/2 gallon prepared dip

1- 4lbs. Bag Gold Label® Alfredo Sauce
2 cups Finely grated Pecorino Romano (or Parmesan)
2 Tbsp Freshly cracked black pepper
¼ cup Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp Kosher salt (optional)
   
PREPARATION

Heat Alfredo gently in a stockpot.
Stir in cheese gradually until melted and smooth.
Add black pepper and olive oil; whisk until emulsified and glossy.
