Amount Ingredients
1 cup Ramen Noodles, cooked per package instructions
3/4 oz. Bacon, cooked and crumbled- large pieces
1 1/4 cup Passport Global Flavors™ by Custom Culinary® Tonkotsu Ramen Pork Broth
1 ea Poached Egg
1 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pinch Chopped Parsley
PREPARATION

  1. Place cooked noodles in bowl
  2. Sprinkle bacon across noodles
  3. Add the hot Tonkotsu broth
  4. Place a freshly poached egg in the center of the noodles
  5. Sprinkle with the cheese and garnish with chopped parsley
  6. Serve immediately
