Flatbread Pizza with Alfredo Sauce

A twist on the classic pizza that combines new flavors with a favorite dish loved by all. Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce, Flatbread Pizza with Alfredo Sauce combines the bold flavors of prosciutto ham, vine ripened tomatoes, and arugula on a flat bread.


What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1 each Any Fresh Flatbread or Pizza Dough of Your Choice
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce
1 oz. Proscuitto Ham, Pan Seared Crisp
6 slices Vine Ripe and Yellow Tomatoes, Sliced Very Thin
10 leaves Arugula, Fresh Leaves
PREPARATION

  1. Evenly spread Gold Label Alfredo Sauce over flatbread/pizza dough.
  2. Top with crisp proscuitto and tomatoes (or any other toppings of your choice).
  3. Bake at 400° F or in pizza oven for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and place on a plate.
  5. Garnish with Arugula leaves.
