Jalapeño Corn Relish with Crispy Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

What You'll Need

16 oz whole kernel corn – fresh, frozen, or canned (drained)
½ cup red onion, diced
½ ea bell pepper, red and/or yellow, seeded and diced
2 ea garlic cloves, minced
to taste sea salt and black pepper
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Jalapeño Relish
16 oz blue corn tortilla chips
PREPARATION

  1. In a large bowl, combine and stir together all ingredients.  
  2. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or more before serving.
  3. At service, transfer to service dish and serve with blue tortilla chips
