Korean BBQ Chicken Satay

Exotic ingredients brought together to add intense flavors in a familiar application. Featuring Custom Culinary® Korean-Style Barbecue Sauce, Korean BBQ Chicken Satay consist of glazed chicken tenders garnished with sesame seeds.

Yield: 12 - 2 oz. skewers

24 oz Chicken Tenders, 2 oz. per skewer)
24 oz. Custom Culinary® Korean-Style BBQ Sauce
Garnish Sesame Seeds
   
12 ea. Wood Skewers 6”
PREPARATION

  1. Soak your skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Spray the chicken. Instead of trying to spray or oil the grill grates, I find it’s easier to spray the chicken with nonstick cooking spray before placing it on the grill.
  3. Cook on medium-low, so the chicken pieces do not burn.
  4. Partially cook the chicken before adding the glaze.
  5. Finish cooking until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, glaze with Korean BBQ.
