Loaded Chicken Alfredo Fries


What You'll Need

QUANTITY INGREDIENTS
10 oz. Fries, steak, frozen
¼ cup Cheese, parmesan, shaved
½ cup Garlic, roasted
1 Tsp Salt, Kosher
1 Tbsp. Parsley, curly, chopped, fine
4 oz. Chicken, thighs, grilled
1 ea. Custom Culinary® Alfredo Sauce, Portion Control
PREPARATION

  1. Place the frozen French fries into the fryer basket and carefully lower into a 350° F deep fryer cooking them for 2-4 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove the fries from the hot oil and drain the fries with a few shakes of the basket.
  3. Pour the fries into a stainless-steel bowl tossing the fries with the cheese, roasted garlic, and chopped parsley and a little kosher salt to taste.
  4. Place the French fry mixture into the carryout container.
  5. Top with chicken and place an Alfredo sauce portion pack into the carry-out container and cover.
