64 oz. pouch Custom Culinary® Gold Label Hollandaise Sauce
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base
1/2 cup Dry Sherry Wine
PREPARATION

  1. Warm Gold Label Hollandaise Sauce according to package instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, bain marie, or sauce pot, blend Gold Label Lobster Base and sherry wine into warm hollandaise sauce.
  3. Taste and add additional Gold Label Lobster Base as desired.
