Meatloaf Sliders with Gravy Drizzle

These savory meatloaf sliders blend ground beef, finely chopped mushrooms, and onions with Custom Culinary® Chef's Own® Low Sodium Brown Gravy Mix for rich, hearty flavor. Drizzled with prepared brown gravy, a touch of sweet chili sauce, and a pickle garnish, they deliver a craveable balance of comfort and freshness.

Yield: 10-12 Sliders

3 lbs. Ground Beef
1 cup Finely Chopped Mushrooms
2 cups Minced Onions
½ cup Panko
4 ea. Egg
¾ cup Custom Culinary® Chef's Own® Low Sodium Brown Grav (dry mix)
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
To Taste Black Pepper
100 ea. 2" Toast Rounds
3 qt. Custom Culinary® Chef's Own® Low Sodium Brown Gravy (prepared)
1 qt. Sweet Chili Sauce
100 ea. Pickle Slice Garnish
PREPARATION

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll seaoned meat into 2" diamater logs that are 6-8 inhes long.
  3. Sear each log and arrange on sheet pan.
  4. Roast each meatloaf log until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest.
  5. Mix together the prepared gravy and add the chili sauce and bring to a gentle boil and set aside for assembly.
  6. Slice the meatloaf logs into 1/4 inch slices and keep warm for assembly.
  7. To assemble top each toast round with a warm meatloaf slice. 
  8. A small ladle of gravy and a pickle garnish.
