4 oz. 21/25 Shrimp Peeled, Tail On, Deveined, 6 ea.
3 oz. Fresh Mango, Peeled, Large Diced, 6 ea.
1 oz. Leaf Lettuce, Leaves
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Harissa
PREPARATION

  1. Place shrimp and mango pieces on each skewer.
  2. Char Grill 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp is fully cooked.
  3. Coat evenly with warm Gold Label Harissa. Serve with fresh salad, coleslaw or a grilled pineapple pico relish.
